Regular Season Round 22: LG Sakers - Seoul Knights 74-77

The most exciting game of round 22 in the KBL took place in Changwon. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 4th rankedSakers (13-11) to second ranked Knights (17-6) 77-74 on Wednesday evening. It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Sakers. Seoul Knights dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Sakers ' 42. American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) had a double-double by scoring 30 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international forward Youngjun An (195-1995) chipped in 18 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. At the losing side American power forward Darryl Monroe (202-1986, college: GMU) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists and guard Junseok Yang (179-2001) scored 17 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists. Four LG Sakers players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Seoul Knights keep a position of league leader. LG Sakers at the other side dropped to the fifth place with 11 games lost.
